不耻下问【bù chǐ xià wèn】
not feel ashamed to ask for advice from one's subordinates
[成] 乐于向学问或地位比自己低的人学习，而不觉得不好意思
 愚者不学无术，智者不耻下问。 Fools learn nothing from wise men, but wise men learn much from fools.
不辞而别【bù cí ér bié】
leave without saying goodbye
[成] 没有告辞就离开了
 他这种不辞而别的行为是极其不负责的。 It is exceedingly irresponsible of him to leave without saying goodbye.
